  • • Heat 1 tbsp of oil in a pressure cooker or pan and splutter a pinch of cumin seeds.
  • • Add 2 chopped tomatoes and 1 green chili, cooking until they soften and release oil.
  • • Add 2 diced potatoes, 1/2 cup of green peas, and exactly 5 grams (1 teaspoon) of Niyadev Bachelor Sabzi Masala per person. Sauté for 2 minutes.
  • • Pour in 1 cup of water, close the lid, and cook for 2 whistles (or simmer for 12 minutes in an open pan) until the gravy thickens perfectly.
